These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Satvia Pure (the seller). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

About Satvia Pure

Satvia Pure is a family-run direct-to-consumer superfood brand based in India. We source premium Indian superfoods — including Gold Grade Makhana (water lily seeds / fox nuts) and Wild-Grown Chia Seeds — directly from farming communities in Bihar, and sell them through our website.

Our Products

All products sold by Satvia Pure are food products regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our products are raw, natural superfoods with no added preservatives, artificial flavours or chemicals.

• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance, colour or texture may occur between batches due to the natural origin of our products
• Product descriptions, nutritional information and weight are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge
• We reserve the right to discontinue, modify or introduce products at any time without prior notice
• All our products are intended for human consumption by adults. Please consult a healthcare professional before consuming if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a known medical condition

Placing an Order

When you place an order on satviapure.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or message from us.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order
• You must provide accurate and complete delivery and contact information. Satvia Pure is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly
• Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

• We accept online payments only — including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. This is to keep our pricing fair and avoid passing on logistics handling charges to our customers
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. Satvia Pure does not store your card or UPI details
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across all of India via trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket and Delhivery. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• A tracking link will be sent to you via email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, natural events or logistics delays
• Satvia Pure is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners once the order has been dispatched
• If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with our logistics partner

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products as perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened packs or used products. This policy complies with FSSAI food safety and hygiene guidelines.

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• Product received damaged, broken or leaking during transit
• Wrong item or incorrect quantity delivered
• Manufacturing defect — unusual odour, infestation, or noticeably off quality

Health Disclaimer

The products sold by Satvia Pure are natural food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any nutritional or wellness information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

• If you have a known food allergy, medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products
• Our products contain tree nuts and seeds. Please check ingredient information carefully if you have known allergies
• Individual results from consuming our products may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes

Intellectual Property

All content on the Satvia Pure website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, journal articles, photographs, brand name, logo, and design — is the intellectual property of Satvia Pure and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from our website without our prior written permission
• You may share links to our website and products on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• The Satvia Pure name, logo and brand identity are our trademarks and may not be used without explicit written consent

User Conduct

Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order
• We are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by third-party logistics partners once an order has been dispatched
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to read product descriptions, allergen information or health disclaimers
• We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
