Freshness First We pack every order in small batches specifically to ensure what reaches you is as fresh as possible. Your makhana should crunch β€” not crumble. If the freshness ever feels off, contact us immediately.

We Accept Online Payments Only

To keep our prices fair and our operations sustainable, Satvia Pure currently accepts online payments only. We support all major payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking.

Why We Do Not Offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD comes with additional handling and logistics charges that our delivery partners pass on to us. Offering COD would mean either absorbing those costs ourselves β€” which would make our pricing unsustainable β€” or passing them on to you, which would make your order unnecessarily expensive.

Rather than inflate our prices or add hidden charges, we have chosen to keep things transparent: online payment only, with the fairest pricing we can offer. We hope you understand and appreciate the honesty.

Our Returns Policy

Satvia Pure is committed to quality above all else. However, due to hygiene standards, FSSAI food safety guidelines, and the nature of our products β€” dry superfoods including phool makhana and chia seeds β€” we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened packs, or used products.

Please Note We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or opened and used products. This policy exists to protect every customer’s hygiene and safety β€” the same standard you would expect from any premium food brand.

We will consider a refund or free replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged, broken or leaking during transit
  • Wrong item or incorrect quantity delivered
  • Manufacturing defect β€” unusual odour, infestation, or noticeably off quality

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 94720 85002 or email hello@satviapure.com. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
  2. Share your order details and proof Include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. We need to see the outer shipping box, the seal condition, and the defect or damage clearly.
  3. Do not consume or dispose of the product Please hold on to the product exactly as received until we have reviewed your case. Disposed or consumed products cannot be assessed.
  4. We review within 24–48 hours Once we have reviewed your proof, we will inform you of our decision. If approved, we will send a free replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

When sharing proof, please provide the following:

Your order number
Photo of outer shipping box
Unboxing video showing seal intact
Clear photo or video of the issue

Cases We Cannot Help With

The following situations are not covered by our refund or replacement policy:

  • Opened or partially used packs β€” for hygiene and food safety reasons
  • Requests made after 24 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by customer mishandling
  • Change of mind or personal taste preference
