If it’s been more than 2 business days since your order, reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately.

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos or a video of the damage. We currently accept online payments only — UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. COD comes with additional handling charges from our logistics partners and we chose not to pass those costs on to you. This helps us keep our pricing as fair as possible.

Store makhana in an airtight container at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. They stay fresh for up to 6 months when stored properly. Chia seeds should also be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place — they can last up to 2 years. Once opened, always reseal tightly.
